RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something arrives and it’s just not right, please message us — we’re pretty easy to work with.
If the perfume is unopened and still in its box, you’re welcome to send it back within 14 days of getting it. Once it’s back in our hands, we’ll refund the product price.
If the bottle has been opened or tried, it gets a little trickier since perfume is personal. Still, don’t hesitate to reach out. Tell us what happened and we’ll try to find a fair solution.
If your package shows up damaged or the wrong item somehow slipped in, send us a clear photo when you can. We’ll replace it without making things complicated.
